A landscape buffer will be designed with a <br /> minimum dimension of 23 ft. at the angle point of the property boundary adjacent to <br /> the residential development and shall increase as shown on the plans. The area shall <br /> be bermed to a maximum height of 3'-6" and landscaped with trees, shrubs and <br /> groundcovers. <br /> 68.
