A Fourth Amendment to <br /> the existing Professional Services Agreement is recommended in an amount not to <br /> exceed $200,000 for payment to Environmental Science Associates for the Johnson <br /> Drive Economic Development Zone supplemental environmental study. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> 1. Authorize the City Manager to execute a Fourth Amendment to the Professional <br /> Services Agreement with Jarvis, Fay & Gibson. <br /> 2. Increase Professional Services budget by $200,000 (00130100-430101) <br /> 3. Increase Reimbursement Revenue budget by $100,000 (00130302-357491) <br /> 4. Reduce General Fund Contingency by $100,000 (00199100-433170) <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> Half of the cost of this $200,000 agreement will be allocated from the General Fund <br /> Contingency and the remaining half will be covered through reimbursements by Costco <br /> (to be placed in fund 00130100-430101). <br />
