The Renne Public Law Group LLP has such expertise. <br /> Therefore, staff is recommending a First Amendment to the existing Professional <br /> Services Agreement to clarify the term of the Agreement and to increase the maximum <br /> amount of the Agreement by $300,000 for the remaining three years of the Agreement. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Authorize the City Manager to execute a First Amendment to the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Renne Public Law Group LLP. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> The cost of this amendment is $300,000 over the term of the contract. <br />
