Ratified the City Manager's execution of contingent purchase and sale agreement for the <br /> acquisition of 4363 and 4377 First Street; and authorized City Manager to take other related <br /> actions <br /> 3. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 18-1055 authorizing submittal of application to <br /> CalRecycle for Beverage Container Recycling City/County Payment Program and related <br /> authorization <br /> 4. Approved meeting minutes of October 16 and November 6, 2018 <br />
