AEI Consultants Proposal No. 60021 <br /> September 4,2018 <br /> Page 2 <br /> Schedule: <br /> The project will be completed within 15 working days of receiving the signed Authorization to Proceed. <br /> Due to the number of days allotted to complete this investigation, responses from some regulatory agencies <br /> may not be received prior to the report due date. As such, the report may contain limitations pertaining <br /> to the lack of agency responses to the Freedom of Information Act requests and/or records review. <br /> Payment Terms and Deliverables: <br /> An invoice for the full contract amount will be issued at the completion of the assessment. AEI will deliver <br /> one electronic (PDF) Draft of the report. Within two (2) days of receipt of comments, AEI will deliver an <br /> electronic final copy of the report. <br /> In the event that the client cancels the contract, then the client will be responsible for payment of incurred <br /> costs up to the cancellation notice date. If the project is placed on hold for longer than a 90-day period, <br /> AEI will cancel the project and the client will be responsible for incurred costs up to the hold date.
