Subsection (a) of S2-7.08 (Permitted and Conditional <br />Uses), Article 8, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of th~ <br />City of Pleasanton is hereby amended by deleting the following <br />uses as permitted in the C-S (Commercial Servic~ District: <br /> <br /> 1. Florists <br /> ' <br /> <br /> 2. Gunsmiths. <br /> <br /> 3. HObby Shops· <br /> <br /> 4. Laundries, self-service type. <br /> <br /> 5. Locksmiths. <br /> <br /> 6 Massage and physical culture studios <br /> <br /> 7 Picture framing shops <br /> · <br /> <br /> 8. Self-service laundries and self-service dry cleaning <br /> establishments. <br /> <br />9. Shoe repair· <br />10. Telegraph offices. <br />Section 2. Subsection (a) of ~2-7.08, Article 8, Chapter 2, Titl~ <br /> <br />II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br />amended by deleting the following uses as conditionally permitted <br />uses in the C-S (Commercial Service) District: <br /> <br /> 1. Music and Dance Studios. <br /> <br />Section 3. Subsection (a) of ~2-7.08, Article 8, Chapter 2, Titl, <br /> <br />II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton is hereby amenied <br />by the addition of the following use as a permitted use in the <br />C-S (Commercial Service ) District: <br /> <br /> 1. Furniture stores· <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once in "THE TIMES" <br />a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of <br />Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the thirtieth day after <br /> <br /> <br />
