ATTACHMENT B <br /> ZONE 7 <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT <br /> BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br /> RESOLUTION NO 17-81 <br /> INTRODUCED BY DIRECTOR PALMER <br /> SECONDED BY DIRECTOR QUIGLEY <br /> 2017 Asset Management Plan Long-Term Funding Forecast Update and FY 2018/19 Ten- <br /> Year Water System Capital Improvement Plan <br /> WHEREAS,HDR, Inc., prepared the 2017 Asset Management Plan Long-Term Funding <br /> Forecast Update(2017 AMP Update)to update renewal/replacement and system-wide <br /> improvement project costs and schedules over a forty-year horizon and to recommend the <br /> appropriate level of annual AMP funding; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff has developed the Fiscal Year(FY)2018-19 Ten-Year Water System <br /> Capital Improvement Plan, identifying the capital projects and programs needed to carry out the <br /> water system goals and policy objectives of the agency from FY 2018-19 through FY 2027-28, <br /> and incorporating the recommendations from the 2017 AMP Update. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of Zone 7 of the <br /> Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District accepts the 2017 AMP Update <br /> with the revised annual AMP funding recommendations incorporated; and <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Directors of Zone 7 of the Alameda <br /> County Flood Control and Water Conservation District approves the AMP funding transfer from <br /> the Water Enterprise Operations Fund(Fund 100)to the Water Enterprise Renewal/Replacement& <br /> System-Wide Improvements Fund(Fund 120)as follows: $12,300,000 in 2017 dollars beginning in <br /> FY 2018-19 with inflationary adjustments every year based on the Engineering News Record <br /> Construction Cost Index. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the the Board of Directors of Zone 7 of the Alameda <br /> County Flood Control and Water Conservation District adopt the FY 2018-19 Ten-Year Water <br /> System Capital Improvement Plan. <br /> ADOPTED BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> AYES: DIRECTORS FIGUERS,GRECI,PALMER,QUIGLEY,RAMIREZ HOLMES, STEVENS <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> ABSENT: DIRECTOR McGRAIL I certify that the foregoing is a correct copy of a <br /> ABSTAIN:NONE Resolution adopted by the Board of Directors of <br /> Zone 7 of the Alameda County Flood Control and <br /> Water Conservatiod District on Octob¢}18.2017. <br /> By: (,.'ilt <br /> f _ � <br /> President,Board of Director <br />
