EXHIBIT A BID PROPOSAL STREET MEDIAN MULCHING REPLENISHMENT DATE: September 19, 2018 Proposal of New Image Landscape Company (hereinafter called "Bidder") a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State California, doing business as landscaping contractor , to the City of Pleasanton, City Clerk, 123 Main Street, Pleasanton, California (hereinafter called "City"). Ladies and Gentlemen: The Bidder, in compliance with the invitation for bids for the STREET MEDIAN MULCHING REPLENISHMENT,City of Pleasanton,having examined the Specifications and related documents and the locations of the proposed work,and being familiar with all of the conditions surrounding the proposed work,declares that this proposal is made without collusion with any other person, firm or corporation and agrees to perform the work in accordance with the contract documents, within the time set forth therein, and at the prices stated below. These prices are to cover all expenses incurred in performing the work required under the Contract Documents,of which this Bid Proposal is a part. Bidder shall agree to commence work under this Contract within fifteen (15) calendar days after the date of written "Notice to Proceed" and the Route 1 work will be completed by March 1, 2019, the Route 2 work will be completed between September 1, 2019 and March 1, 2020, and the Route 3 work will be completed between September 1, 2020 and March 1,2021.
