EXHIBIT A <br /> BID PROPOSAL <br /> STREET MEDIAN MULCHING REPLENISHMENT <br /> DATE: September 19, 2018 <br /> Proposal of New Image Landscape Company (hereinafter called "Bidder") <br /> a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State California, doing <br /> business as landscaping contractor , to the City of Pleasanton, City Clerk, 123 Main Street, <br /> Pleasanton, California (hereinafter called "City"). <br /> Ladies and Gentlemen: <br /> The Bidder, in compliance with the invitation for bids for the STREET MEDIAN MULCHING <br /> REPLENISHMENT,City of Pleasanton,having examined the Specifications and related documents <br /> and the locations of the proposed work,and being familiar with all of the conditions surrounding the <br /> proposed work,declares that this proposal is made without collusion with any other person, firm or <br /> corporation and agrees to perform the work in accordance with the contract documents, within the time <br /> set forth therein, and at the prices stated below.
