Councilmember Narum reported under Item No. 6, the City Council will be rescinding approval of the <br /> Johnson Drive Economic Development Zone (JDEDZ) Environmental Impact Report (EIR) and related <br /> ordinances, however, the City Council is not backing away from the approval of the Costco project and <br /> is working cooperatively to resolve any pending litigation. She added the Supplemental Environmental <br /> Impact Report will be heard by the City Council for recertification in early 2019. <br /> Councilmember Brown added that the EIR needs to be completed thoroughly, vetted accurately and <br /> legally, and address items missed in the original EIR document. <br /> City Attorney <br /> amendment to professional <br /> 1.
