CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, ALAMEDA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 04-008 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE PLEASANTON DOWNTOWN SPECIFIC <br />PLAN BY AMENDING SECTION 3, COMMERCIAL USE, OF THE LAND USE <br />POLICIES AND PROGRAMS, AS FILED UNDER CASE PSP-5 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of Febmary 17, 2004, the City Council received a staff report from <br /> the Director of Planning and Community Development (SR 04:036) regarding a <br /> modification to the text of the Pleasanton Downtown Specific Plan, which <br /> modification would amend Section 3, Commercial Use, of the Land Use Policies <br /> and Programs; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public heating was held on February 17, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. <br /> <br />Adopts the text modifications to the Downtown Specific Plan, Case PSP-5, as set <br />forth on the attached Exhibit "A." <br /> <br />Section 2.
