CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> Community Development <br /> 1. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute an agreement with FirstCarbon Solutions <br /> in the amount of $222,146 for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report for Ponderosa <br /> Homes' Hidden Canyon/Lester Project, located at 10807, 11021 and 11033 Dublin Canyon Road <br /> and the parcel west of 11021 Dublin Canyon Road; and approved and authorized the City <br /> Manager to execute a reimbursement agreement with Ponderosa Homes <br /> Economic Development <br /> 2. Approved appointments of Bryan Bowers, Terri Terry, Jim DeMersman, Harpreet Singh and <br /> Bernie Billen to the 2019 Advisory Board for the Downtown Pleasanton Business Improvement <br /> District <br /> Engineering <br /> 3. Adopted and waived full reading of Resolution No. 118-1042 dedicating a public utility easement <br /> to the public utilities on Kottinger Gardens property at 251 Kottinger Drive <br /> Finance <br /> 4. Approved and authorized the City Manager to execute the third amendment to agreement with <br /> Economic & Planning Systems, Inc. to conduct a comprehensive development impact fee study <br /> $160,070 <br /> Police <br /> 5. Authorized the Police Department to utilize California Office of Emergency Services funding in the <br /> amount of$330,000 to upgrade five Public Safety Answering Points <br /> MOTION: It was m/s Pentin/Narum by to approve the consent calendar as submitted and as <br /> noted. Presentation of a proclamation declaring September 17 — 23 Constitution Week <br /> Councilmember Narum invited Debbie James to the podium and read a proclamation declaring <br /> September 17 - 23, 2018 as American Constitution Week. <br /> On behalf of the Jose and Maria Amador Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution, <br /> Ms. James accepted the proclamation declaring September 17 — 23 as Constitution Week and <br /> thanked Council for the acknowledgement. <br /> 7.
