The City Clerk and City Attorney have reviewed the City's <br /> Code and determined that amendments are necessary to remove and add various <br /> classifications. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Adopt the attached resolution reconfirming the City's Conflict of Interest Code and <br /> amending the list of designated positions required to file Statements of Economic <br /> Interests. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> There is no fiscal impact. <br />
