CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANOB 681 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 127, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON, AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, <br /> TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REZONING FROM THE R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY) DISTRICT TO THE <br /> C-R (REGIONAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT PROPERTY OWNED <br /> BY STONESON DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY <br /> <br />0RDA N AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Applicant represents that it will take all steps <br />necessary to relocate a school site presently shown as partially <br />within the property of applicant zoned C-R (Regional Commercial) <br />so as to accommodate the needs of the Murray Elementary School <br />District; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City, in rezoning a portion of applicant's propert~ <br />to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) R-M (Multi-Family) District, <br />does not intend any commitment with respect to any particular num- <br />ber of dwelling units per acre but rather acknowledges only that a <br /> <br />(Multi-family) land use may be appropriate based upon tentative <br />and final development plans submitted consistent with the provi- <br />sions of Article 14, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of <br />the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City intends to consider rezoning of all or a <br />portion of the properties of applicant referred to herein if the <br />spirit and intent of the foregoing is not complied with by appli- <br />cant or his successor or successors in interest; <br /> <br /> The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, <br />1960, referred to in ~2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the <br />Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividingi <br />the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended <br /> <br /> <br />
