ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> !i ORDINANCE NO. 678 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING FOR 60 DAYS THE PROVISIONS OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 668 PLACING THE AREA ADJACENT ON THE <br /> SOUTH OF THE VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND WITHIN TRACT 3312 WITHIN A <br /> "S" (STUDY) DISTRICT <br /> <br />i~THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />~iAS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> The provisions of Ordinance No. 668, placing property <br /> <br />!; within Tract 3312 adjacent on the south of the Valley Community <br />iiServices District Sewage Treatment Plant within a "S" (Study) <br /> <br />!! District are hereby extended for 60 days from the date of <br /> <br />!i expiration thereof in order to accommodate land use studies with <br /> <br /> respect thereto by the City of Pleasanton staff, Planning <br /> <br />~. Commission, and City Council. <br /> <br /> II <br /> <br /> This ordinance shall be published once within 15 days <br /> !after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general <br /> <br />2circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in <br /> force immediately upon its adoption as an urgency interim zoning <br /> ordinance pursuant to Section 65858 of the Government Code in <br /> order to insure that, pending completion of land use studies with <br /> ]~ respect thereto, said properties will not develop. Said land use <br /> ~, studies will deal, among other things, with the proximity of said <br /> <br /> property to the Valley Community Services District Sewage Treatment <br /> Plant traffic circulation and availability of essential municipal <br /> services. The provisions of this ordinance shall expire 60 days <br /> from the effective date hereof unless extended pursuant to <br /> <br /> Section 65858 of the Government Code, or unless prior to expiration <br /> permanent zoning districts are established with respect to the <br /> property hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
