ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA !i ORDINANCE NO. 678 AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING FOR 60 DAYS THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINANCE NO. 668 PLACING THE AREA ADJACENT ON THE SOUTH OF THE VALLEY COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND WITHIN TRACT 3312 WITHIN A "S" (STUDY) DISTRICT i~THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN ~iAS FOLLOWS: The provisions of Ordinance No. 668, placing property !; within Tract 3312 adjacent on the south of the Valley Community iiServices District Sewage Treatment Plant within a "S" (Study) !! District are hereby extended for 60 days from the date of !i expiration thereof in order to accommodate land use studies with respect thereto by the City of Pleasanton staff, Planning ~. Commission, and City Council. II This ordinance shall be published once within 15 days !after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general 2circulation published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force immediately upon its adoption as an urgency interim zoning ordinance pursuant to Section 65858 of the Government Code in order to insure that, pending completion of land use studies with ]~ respect thereto, said properties will not develop. Said land use ~, studies will deal, among other things, with the proximity of said property to the Valley Community Services District Sewage Treatment Plant traffic circulation and availability of essential municipal services. The provisions of this ordinance shall expire 60 days from the effective date hereof unless extended pursuant to Section 65858 of the Government Code, or unless prior to expiration permanent zoning districts are established with respect to the property hereinabove described.
