CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 677 ZONING UNIT NO. 125, AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AND AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2, TITLE II OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON REZONING FROM THE "A" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO THE "P.U.D." (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT PROPERTY OWNED BY WM. STRUTHERS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: I The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, referred to in Section 2-12.12, Chapter 2 of Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, designating and dividing the City of Pleasanton into Zoning Districts, is i hereby amended as follows: Zoning Unit No. 125, dated July 25, 1972, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, shall designate land use and zoning districts as shown thereon for the territory outlined in heavy ink thereon. Said territory and zone classification as amended is further described as follows: Real property of Wm. Struthers being approximately one acre in size fronting on the westerly side of Santa Rita Road, northerly of Valley Avenue, is hereby classified as follows: P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) District III This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton, and shall be in force on the thirty-first day after adoption.
