ORDINANCE NO. 734 <br /> <br />i!AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PARCEL OF PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY <br />1.37 ACRES IN SIZE, LOCATED IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE <br />JUNCTION OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND TASSAJARA ROAD, FROM <br /> C-F (COI~MERCIAL FREEWAY) TO THE C-C (COMMUNITY COMMERCIAL) <br /> DISTRICT AS SHOWN ON ZONING UNIT MAP NO. 142, AND AMENDING <br />!i THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SPIVAK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY applied for rezoning of <br /> <br /> certain property located immediately north of the junction of <br />~iSanta Rita Road and Tassajara Road from C-F (Commercial Freeway) <br /> <br />!District to the C-C (Community Commercial) District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at their regular meeting of <br />!~July 10, 1974, reviewed this request and recommended to the City <br />i Council the rezoning of this property; and <br /> <br />· WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the <br /> <br />~City of Pleasanton at a Public Hearing held at their meeting on <br /> August 12, 1974; and <br /> WHEREAS, this rezoning has been deemed to be consistent with <br />i~the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; <br />!i NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />i!Section 1. The parcel of property approximately 1.37 acres in <br /> size, owned by Spivak Development Company, located immed- <br /> iately north of the junction of Santa Rita Road and <br /> <br />~, Tassajara Road is hereby rezoned from C-F (Commercial <br />ii Freeway) to the C-C (Community Commercial) District, as <br />~'i shown on Zoning Unit Map #142 attached hereto as Exhibit <br />5! "A", and the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton is <br />~ amended accordingly. <br /> <br /> Section 2. Zoning Unit Map No. 142, dated August 15, 1974, on file <br /> with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part <br /> <br /> <br />
