CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 731 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PARCEL OF PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY <br /> 2.4 ACRES IN SIZE, LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF <br /> BLACK AVENUE AND SANTA RITA ROAD, FROM THE A (AGRICULTURAL) <br /> DISTRICT TO THE 0 (OFFICE) DISTRICT AS SHOWN ON ZONING <br /> UNIT MAP NO. 141, AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, RALPH JUHL applied for rezoning of certain property <br />located at the southwest corner of Black Avenue and Santa Rita <br />Road immediately west of Santa Rita Road and 310 feet south of <br />Black Avenue from the A (Agricultural) District to the 0 (Office) <br />District; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at their regular meeting of <br />June 12, 1974, reviewed this request and recommended to the City <br />Council the rezoning of this property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the <br />City of Pleasanton at a Public Hearing held at their meeting on <br />July 8, 1974; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this rezoning has been deemed to be consistent with <br />the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The parcel of property approximately 2.4 acres in <br /> size, owned by Ralph Juhl, located at the southwest corner <br /> of Black Avenue and Santa Rita Road immediately west of <br /> Santa Rita Road and 310 feet south of Black Avenue, is <br /> hereby rezoned from A (Agricultural) District to O (Office <br /> District, as shown on Zoning Unit Map #141 attached hereto <br /> as Exhibit A, and the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton <br /> is amended accordingly. <br /> <br />Section 2. Zoning Unit Map No. 141, dated June 15, 1974, on file <br /> with the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part <br /> <br /> <br />
