CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 730 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING §§2-6.02 AND 2-6.03 OF <br /> ARTICLE 4 (AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT), ~2-7.08 OF <br /> ARTICLE 8 (C - COMMERCmAL DISTRICTS) AND §2-7.2m(m) <br /> OF ARTICLE 9 (I - INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS), CHAPTER 2 <br /> (ZONING), TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) OF <br /> THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RELATING TO WOOD SALES, ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES <br /> AND SADDLERIES AS PERMITTED OR CONDITIONALLY <br /> PERMITTED USES. <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section t. Section 2-6.02 (Permitted Uses), Article 4, <br /> Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton is hereby amended by the addition of subsection h <br /> to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "h. Administrative offices for on-site and off~site <br /> agricultural activities which are clearly ancillary <br /> to the agricultural pursuits taking place on the <br /> site." <br /> <br /> Section 2. Section 2-6.03 (Conditional Uses), Article 4, <br />Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton is hereby amended by the addition of subsection gg <br />to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "gg. Wood sales and storage yards for unmilled lumber.~ <br /> <br /> Section 3. Section 2-7.08 (Permitted and Conditional Uses), <br />Article 9, Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the <br />City of Pleasanton is hereby amended to include saddleries as <br />a permitted use in the C-S (Commercial Service) District and <br />wood sales and storage yards £or unmilled lumber as conditionally <br />~permitted uses in the C-C (Central Commercial) District. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
