CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 729 AN ORDINANCE REZONING A PARCEL OF PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY 11.1 ACRES IN SIZE, LOCATED IMMEDIATELY EAST OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS AND APPROXIMATELY 680 FEET NORTH- WEST OF THE INTERSECTION OF OAKLAND AVENUE AND MOHR AVENUE FROM THE A (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT TO THE I-P (INDUSTRIAL PARK) DISTRICT, AS SHOWN ON ZONING UNIT MAP NO. 139, AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGE WHEREAS, PATRICK GILL applied for rezoning of certain property located immediately east of the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks and approximately 680 feet northwest of the intersection of Oakland Avenue and Mohr Avenue from the A (Agricultural) District to the I-P (Industrial Park) District; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at their regular meeting of May 8, 1974, reviewed this request and recommended to the City Council the rezoning of this property; and WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a Public Hearing held at their meeting on June~'10,1974; and WHEREAS, this rezoning has been deemed to be consistent with the General Plan of the City of Pleasanton; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The parcel of property approximately 11.1 acres in size, owned by Patrick Gill, generally located immediately east of the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks and approximately 680 feet northwest of the intersection of Oakland Avenue and Mohr Avenue, is hereby rezoned from A (Agricultural) District to I-P (Indus- trial Park) District, as shown on Zoning Unit Map No. 139 attachedi hereto as Exhibit A, and the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton is amended accordingly.
