CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 726 <br /> <br /> ZONING UNIT NO. 137, AND AN ORDINANCE P~EZONING A PARCEL <br /> OF PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY 25.4 ACRES IN SIZE, LOCATED <br /> IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF MOHR AVENUE AND IMMEDIATELY EAST <br /> OF THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD TRACKS, FROM THE A (AGRI- <br /> CULTURAL AS DEFINED BY THE ZONING CODE OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> ALkMEDA) TO A(AGRICULTURAL AS DEFINED BY THE ORDINANCE <br /> CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, John and William Busch/DeVor Nurseries, Inc. applied for~ <br /> prezoning of certain property located immediately south <br /> <br /> of ~ohr Avenue and immediately east of the Southern <br /> Pacific Railroad tracks from A (Agricultural as defined <br /> by the Zoning Code of the County of Alameda) to A (Agri- <br /> cultural as defined by the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at their regular meeting of <br /> May 8, 1974, reviewed this request and recommended to <br /> <br /> the City Council the prezoning of this property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton at a Public Hearing held at their meeting on <br /> May 29, 1974; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The parcel of property approximately 25.4 acres in <br /> size owned by John and William Busch/DeVor Nurseries,Inc. <br /> generally located immediately south of Mohr Avenue and <br /> immediately east of the Southern Pacific Railroad tracks <br /> is hereby prezoned from A (Agricultural as defined by the <br /> Zoning Code of the County of Alameda) to A (Agricultural <br /> as defined by the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton) <br /> <br /> District, and the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> is amended accordingly. <br /> <br /> <br />
