there is hereby established connection charges for all <br />connections made to the sanitary sewerage system of the <br />City of Pleasanton after the effective date of Ordinance <br />No. 467, September 9, 1966, in accordance with the <br />following schedule: <br /> <br /> a. For each single family dwelling unit the amount <br /> set forth in the resolution establishing fees and <br /> charges for various municipal services for the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> b. For each dwelling unit constructed in any R-M <br /> (Multi-Family) District, the amount set forth <br /> in the resolution establishing fees and charges <br /> for various municipal services for the City of <br /> Pleasant on. <br /> <br /> c. For each mobile home as defined herein, the amount <br /> set forth in the resolution establishing fees and <br /> charges for various municipal services for the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> d. For each commercial or industrial building or <br /> other miscellaneous unctassified uses, the amount <br /> set forth in the resolution establishing fees and <br /> charges for various municipal services for the <br /> City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> e. Any change in use or addition requiring greater <br /> capacity in the sewerage system will require the <br /> payment of additional fees at the rates established <br /> by the resolution establishing fees and charges for <br /> various municipal services for the City of Pleas- <br /> anton. <br /> <br /> f. Upon application and good cause shown, the City <br /> Council may in its sole discretion waive any of <br /> the charges provided for in the resolution estab- <br /> lishing fees and charges for various municipal <br /> services for the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> g. All measurements, tests and analysis of the charac- <br /> teristics of water and wastes to which reference <br /> is made in this chapter shall be determined in <br /> accordance with the llth Edition, or subsequent <br /> editions, of the "Standard Methods for the Exam- <br /> ination of Water and Sewage" published jointly <br /> by the American Public Health Association and <br /> Federation of Sewage Works Association, and shall <br /> be determined on samples from the inspection <br /> facility. In the event that no special facility <br /> has been required, the point of inspection shall <br /> be considered to be the downstream manhole in the <br /> public sewer nearest to the point by which the <br /> building sewer is connected to the public sewer. <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
