CAMTC has developed a good working relationship with the California Police Chiefs' Association. See <br /> material starting on page 10 of http://www.camtc.org/media/1474/2018-0531-camtc-board-packet.pdf <br /> 3. 4603.1 Local governments shall impose and enforce only reasonable and necessary fees and <br /> regulations on massage businesses and massage establishments, in keeping with the requirements of <br /> existing law and being mindful of the need to protect legitimate business owners and massage <br /> professionals, particularly sole providers. <br /> 4.There was a hearing April 30, 2018 before CAMTC's oversight committee, Senate Business and <br /> Professions Committee. The Chairman, Senator Jerry Hill, said that he would introduce language this <br /> year to require that businesses of certified massage therapists (CAMTC) must be treated the same as <br /> other professions regulated under Healing Arts, such as physical therapists, chiropractors, etc. <br /> 5.
