Massage is often a <br /> necessity to function in life. It is not something nefarious or <br /> underhanded or illegal! <br /> I have been a client of Michelle Pena at Healthy Necessity Massage <br /> for many years and the services she offers assist with rehabilitation <br /> after having a double knee replacement. This is not a "massage <br /> parlor"....it is a legitimate business with amazing health benefits! <br /> Healthy Necessity is on the 2nd floor of a building on Main Street <br /> and I actually find that a bit of a challenge...I would MUCH rather <br /> have them in a first floor location with better accessibility and <br /> parking. <br /> I find the Pleasanton City Council actions to be extremely short <br /> sighted, without addressing the therapeutic benefits of massage. <br /> Please reconsider! <br /> Regards, <br /> Peggy Wolf <br /> Pleasanton, CA 94566 <br /> 1HE CITY OF <br /> pLEASA\TOIL 14 <br />
