CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 723 <br /> <br /> AN OPdDINANCE DECLARING THE NEED FOR A REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AGENCY TO FUNCTION IN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND <br /> DECLARING THE CITY COUNCIL TO BE THE AGENCY <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEP~EBY ORDAIN AS <br />FoLLows: <br /> <br />Section 1. It is hereby found and determined that there is need <br /> for a Redevelopment Agency to function in the City of <br /> Pleasanton in accordance with the provisions of the <br /> Conununity Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code of <br /> the State of California, ~33000, et seq.) <br /> <br />Section 2. Said Redevelopment Agency is hereby established <br /> <br /> pursuant to ~33101 of the Connnunity Redevelopment Law <br /> to be known officially as the Redevelopment Agency of <br /> the City of Pleasanton <br /> <br />Section 3. The memkers of the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br /> of Pleasanton shall be the members of the City Council <br /> of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective 30 days after <br /> <br /> its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> <br /> (15) days after its adoption in THE TIMES", a newspaper <br />of general circulation, published and circulated in the <br />City of Pleasanton. <br />INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Pleasanton on May 13, 1974. <br /> <br />ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Pleasanton on May 29 , 1974, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen Herlihy, Kinney, Philcox, Council~7oman LeClaire <br /> and Mayor Mori <br />NOES: None <br /> <br />ABSENT: None <br />Attest: yor <br /> <br />William H.
