ATTACHMENT 1 <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br /> This First Amendment to Agreement("First Amendment") is entered into this day of <br /> 2018 by the City of Pleasanton("City") and Tyler Technologies Inc. ("Tyler"). <br /> Whereas, on January 10, 2018_the City and Tyler entered into a Support Agreement for Tyler <br /> Software maintenance and support services ("Agreement"); and <br /> Whereas,the parties desire to amend the Maintenance and Support Fees; and <br /> Whereas,the parties desire to amend the Agreement; <br /> Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br /> the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. Section 2 of the Agreement Exhibit 1,the maintenance and support fees schedule is <br /> amended to read: <br /> Period Covered Annual Amount Billing Date <br /> 7/1/2018 to 6/30/19 $209,275 7/1/2018 <br /> 7/1/2019 to 6/30/20 $215,555 7/1/2019 <br /> Plus 5% contingency funds for unanticipated maintenance and support fee changes. <br /> 2.
