SECOND AMENDMENT TO SERVICES AGREEMENT This Second Amendment to Services Agreement("Second Amendment") is entered into this 30th day of June 2018 by the City of Pleasanton("City")and the Bay Area Children's Theater, a non-profit corporation ("Consultant"). Whereas, on May 6, 2016, the City and Consultant entered into a Services Agreement for Consultant to provide children's theatrical production services for Civic Arts Stage Company and Civic Arts Presents Programs, (the "Agreement"); and Whereas,the parties desire to amend to the Agreement for the second of the two allowable extensions and provide for compensation during such extension. Now,therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1 of the Agreement, "Consultant's Services", is amended to provide that the Scope of Services in the attached Exhibit A shall be the new services to be provided by the Consultant during the extended term of the Agreement as provided in this First Amendment. 2. Section 3 of the Agreement, "Term", is extended for one year until June 30, 2019. 3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
