The analysis will <br /> be based on the requirements of Proposition 218 and the projected cost of that analysis is shown <br /> in item F above. At the time of this report a fund balance of approximately $42,000 exists for <br /> Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District 1994-1. The projected expenses requiring use of <br /> the fund balance total $7,162.50. Reserve/replacement funds are held in an interest bearing <br /> account until needed for repairs to the irrigation system, landscaping or other District features. <br /> 4 <br />
