The analysis will <br /> be based on the requirements of Proposition 218 and the projected cost of that analysis is shown <br /> in item F above. At the time of this report a fund balance of approximately ($6,400) exists for <br /> Landscape Maintenance District 1993-1, Windsor. The projected expenses requiring use of the <br /> fund balance total $5,375.10. Reserve/replacement funds will be held in an interest bearing <br /> account until needed for future repairs or replacement of entry walls, signage, irrigation systems, <br /> landscaping or other District features. <br /> 4 <br />
