The analysis will <br /> be based on the requirements of Proposition 218 and the projected cost of that analysis is shown <br /> in item F above. At the time of this report a fund balance of approximately $88,000 exists for <br /> Landscape Maintenance District 1984-1. The projected expenses requiring use of the fund <br /> balance total $26,775.72. Reserve/replacement funds are held in the interest bearing account <br /> until needed for repairs to the soundwalls, irrigation system, landscaping or other District <br /> features. <br /> 4 <br />
