CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 720 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADDING ARTICLE 3 TO CHAPTER 9 (WATER), <br /> TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE <br /> CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RELATING TO <br /> WELL STANDARDS <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Article 3, Chapter 9 (Water), Title II (Zoning and <br /> <br /> Development) is hereby added to the Ordinance Code of <br /> the City of Pleasanton, said article to read as follows: <br /> <br /> Article 3 <br /> <br /> Well Standards <br /> <br /> ~2-16.45 Title. This article shall be known as the <br /> "Well Standards Ordinance of the City of Pleasanton, <br /> <br /> Alameda, in i n u t s <br /> <br /> tent with the County of Alameda for the construction, <br /> repair, reconstruction, destruction or abandonment of <br /> wells within the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> ~2-16 46 Count~ of Alameda Ordinance No. 73-68 entitled <br /> "An Ordinance to Regulate the Construction, Repair, Re- <br /> construction, Destruction or Abandonment of Wells within <br /> the Boundaries of the County of Alameda", adoption by <br /> Reference. The well standards regulations of the County <br /> of Alameda adopted by Ordinance No. 73-68 on the 17th <br /> day of July, 1973 and entitled, "An Ordinance to Regulat~ <br /> the Construction, Repair, Reconstruction, Destruction or <br /> Abandonment of Wells Within the Boundaries of the County <br /> of Alameda" is hereby adopted as the well standards <br /> ordinance of the City of Pleasanton, regulating the <br /> construction, repair, reconstruction, destruction or <br /> abandonment of wells within the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
