Except for security trailers staffed by licensed security personnel, at no time <br /> shall campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living <br /> or sleeping quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be <br /> removed from the site at the end of each workday. Construction trailers shall <br /> be allowed to be placed on the project site for daily <br /> administration/coordination purposes during the construction period. <br /> Landscape Architecture Division <br /> 23. The developer shall comply with the recommendations of the Arborist Report <br /> dated September 5, 2017, on file with the Planning Division. Details of the <br /> recommendations shall be submitted in conjunction with the plans submitted for <br /> issuance of building permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the <br /> Director of Community Development prior to issuance of building permits for the <br /> project. <br /> 24. The final landscape and irrigation plan shall be revised to remove the cobble <br /> underneath all existing oak trees. The final ground material shall be reviewed and <br /> approved by the City Landscape Architect. <br /> 25. A final landscape plan and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and approved by <br /> the Director of Community Development as part of the building permit plans prior <br /> to issuance of a building permit. Said landscape and irrigation plan shall be <br /> consistent with the approved landscape plan plus any conditions of approval, and <br /> shall be detailed in terms of species, location, size, quantities, and spacing. Plant <br /> species shall be of a drought-tolerant nature with an irrigation system that <br /> maximizes water conservation throughout the development (e.g., drip system). <br /> The irrigation system shall meet all requirements for compatibility with recycled <br /> water supply per City of Pleasanton Recycled Water Standards. <br /> 26. The project developer shall post cash, letter of credit, or other security <br /> satisfactory to the Director of Community Development in the amount of $5,000 <br /> for each tree required to be preserved (including the City street trees along the <br /> project frontage), up to a maximum of $25,000. This cash bond or security shall <br /> be retained for one year following completion of construction and shall be <br /> forfeited if the trees are destroyed or substantially damaged. No trees shall be <br /> removed other than those specifically designated for removal on the approved <br /> plans. <br /> 27. All trees used in landscaping shall be a minimum of twenty-four (24) inch box- <br /> size and all shrubs shall be a minimum of five (5) gallons. <br /> 28. The project shall comply with the City of Pleasanton's Water Efficient Landscape <br /> Ordinance (PWELO). Per Section 492.3 of PWELO, prior to issuance of a <br /> building permit, the applicant shall submit a Landscape Documentation Package <br /> in PDF format to the City's Landscape Architecture Division, which shall be <br />
