Engagement Plan <br /> Currently, the Cities and Town collectively focus Federal <br /> on engaging at the Federal level only. This plan <br /> will expand engagement to all four (4) levels: <br /> Federal, State, Regional, and Local, and will <br /> include a strategic focus on relationship building. <br /> For each specific project and initiative, it is State TVC Regional <br /> important to evaluate and strengthen existing, <br /> and cultivate new, relationships. These <br /> relationships will be key to preparation of an <br /> Engagement Plan which will clearly identify <br /> steps and tasks to achieve project success. Local <br /> With established working relationships,the Cities <br /> and Town will be poised to better understand <br /> partners and how to leverage support for <br /> projects and initiatives. <br /> The Engagement Plan will identify <br /> Federal partners at each of the four levels, <br /> DOT <br /> FHWA and the project liaisons from each City <br /> and Town will work on the selected <br /> projects or initiatives and outline a <br /> Iron communication loop to ensure that <br /> State information is shared at all levels <br /> CalTrans Horse Regional regarding status, next steps and <br /> Local MTC desired outcomes. The plan will also <br /> Division <br /> Trail <br /> provide an analysis of how the project <br /> or initiative aligns with partner agency <br /> priorities, and identify any additional <br /> relationships that need to be developed <br /> Local and/or expanded. <br /> EPRPD <br /> Ala medaCTC <br /> The Cities and Town will be responsible <br /> to work with the lobbyist/consultant/ <br /> contract staff to develop an Engagement <br /> Plan that will identify goals and strategies for each selected project or initiative. It is recommended <br /> that the lead City/Town who is facilitating the work of the Tri-Valley Cities not be assigned a specific <br /> project or initiative, in an effort to fairly distribute responsibility and workload amongst the Cities/ <br /> Town.
