The analysis will <br /> be based on the requirements of Proposition 218 and the projected cost of that analysis is shown <br /> in item H above. At the time of this report a fund balance of approximately $280,000 exists for <br /> Lighting and Landscape Maintenance District 1995-1, Moller Ranch. The projected expenses <br /> requiring use of the fund balance total $51,037.47. Reserve/replacement funds are held in an <br /> interest bearing account until needed for repairs to the masonry walls, entry signage, irrigation <br /> systems, landscaping or other District features. <br /> 4 <br />
