RESOLUTION NO. 18-1026 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> ADOPTING THE MID-TERM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FY 2018/19 <br /> WHEREAS, the City adopted a 2017/18 through 2020/21 Capital Improvement Program <br /> on June 20, 2017; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is beneficial to review the Capital Improvement Program to refine revenue <br /> and expenditure projections; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 5, 2018, staff presented a report detailing the recommended Mid- <br /> Term Capital Improvement Program for FY 2018/19. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: Adopts the Mid-Term Capital Improvement Program for FY 2018/19 as <br /> presented. <br /> SECTION 2: Authorizes expenditures, transfers and expenditures as detailed in the Mid- <br /> Term Capital Improvement Program for FY 2018/19. <br /> SECTION 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on June 5, 2018. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 5th day of June 2018, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Narum, Olson, Pentin, Mayor Thorne <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: Councilmember Brown <br /> Abstain: None <br /> c J am/ <br /> Kar Diaz <br /> CiC <br /> Cty rk <br /> Dated: -� <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> kCa 6, h. i4e, c:(-yt—L,L-- <br /> Daniel G.
