Ordinance No. 2179 <br /> Page 3 of 16 <br /> Exhibit A <br /> Section 1.24.125 is amended to read as follows: <br /> 1.24.125 Right to judicial review. Any person aggrieved by an administrative decision <br /> of a hearing officer on an administrative citation may obtain review of the administrative <br /> decision by filing an action with the Superior Court in Alameda County in accordance <br /> with the timelines and provisions in California Government Code Section 53069.4. <br /> Delete and repeal Chapter 3.40 NORTH SYCAMORE AREA DEVELOPMENT <br /> IMPACT FEE in its entirety. <br /> Delete and repeal the following sections: <br /> 11.52.010 Incorporation of state law. <br /> 11.52.020 License required. <br /> 11.52.030 Forms and fees. <br /> 11.52.040 Other regulations. <br /> 11.52.050 Licenses issued under previous ordinance. <br /> Section 11.64.060 is amended to read as follows: <br /> 11.64.060 Conditions and Use. Upon recommendation of the chief, the city manager <br /> may impose conditions upon any parade, including but not limited to conditions relating <br /> to size, durations, policing, nature of floats, and number of stationary and moving <br /> vendors. With a parade permit or special event street closure permit, a permittee may <br /> exclude members of the public from the area covered by the permit, and may also <br /> establish the permittee's own reasonable rules of use during its event. <br /> Section 13.04.435 is amended to read as follows: <br /> 13.04.435 Sidewalk dining/sidewalk decorative displays. <br /> A. Permit Required. A sidewalk dining/decorative display permit shall be <br /> required for any tables, chairs, benches, displays, or other appurtenances placed in the <br /> public right-of-way for the purpose of establishing a sidewalk dining area or sidewalk <br /> decorative display. The zoning administrator shall issue such permit upon a finding that <br /> the requirements of this section have been met. <br /> B. Location. Sidewalk dining areas and sidewalk decorative displays within <br /> the public right-of-way are permitted only within the downtown revitalization district as <br /> delineated in Chapter 18.74 of this code. <br />
