ATTACHMENT 1 FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT This First Amendment to Agreement ("First Amendment") is entered into this 1st day of July 2018 by the City of Pleasanton("City") and ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc. ("Contractor"), Whereas, on July 1, 2017 the City and ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc. ("Contractor"), entered into "As Needed Maintenance and Trade Services Agreement" ("Agreement"); Whereas,the parties desire to extend the term of the As Needed Maintenance and Trade Services Agreement for one additional year and allow for changes to Prevailing Wage and/or Engineer News Records Construction Cost Index for the Northern California region; Now, therefore, in exchange for valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. Section 1 of the"As Needed Maintenance and Trade Services Agreement"is amended to read: The term of this Agreement is amended to extend the"As Needed Maintenance and Trade Services Agreement"until June 30, 2019,, 2. Section 3 "Compensation"is amended to reflect increased rates for Prevailing Wage and from the November 2016 Engineering News Records Construction Cost Index for the Northern California region. 3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
