The existing CTC facility includes eight classrooms and associated shop
areas and CTTF runs between 6 to 8 classes per week with 15 to 20 students in each
class. The proposed facility would increase the number of classrooms to 16, with
associated shop areas with 8 to 12 classes each week with 15 to 20 students in each
class. The total number of anticipated students and staff on site per day will increase
from 180 to 265 persons.
