g. Except for security trailers staffed by licensed security personnel, at no time shall <br /> campers, trailers, motor homes, or any other vehicle be used as living or sleeping <br /> quarters on the construction site. All such vehicles shall be removed from the site <br /> at the end of each workday. Construction trailers shall be allowed to be placed on <br /> the project site for daily administration/coordination purposes during the <br /> construction period. <br /> Landscape Architecture Division <br /> 23. The developer shall comply with the recommendations of the Arborist Report dated <br /> September 5, 2017, on file with the Planning Division. Details of the recommendations <br /> shall be submitted in conjunction with the plans submitted for issuance of building <br /> permits and shall be subject to review and approval by the Director of Community <br /> Development prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> 24. The final landscape and irrigation plan shall be revised to remove the cobble <br /> underneath all existing oak trees along. The final ground material shall be reviewed and <br /> approved by the City Landscape Architect. <br /> 25. A final landscape plan and irrigation plan shall be submitted to and approved by the <br /> Director of Community Development as part of the building permit plans prior to <br /> issuance of a building permit. Said landscape and irrigation plan shall be consistent with <br /> the approved landscape plan plus any conditions of approval, and shall be detailed in <br /> terms of species, location, size, quantities, and spacing. Plant species shall be of a <br /> drought-tolerant nature with an irrigation system that maximizes water conservation <br /> throughout the development (e.g., drip system). The irrigation system shall meet all <br /> requirements for compatibility with recycled water supply per City of Pleasanton <br /> Recycled Water Standards. <br /> 26. The project developer shall post cash, letter of credit, or other security satisfactory to <br /> the Director of Community Development in the amount of $5,000 for each tree required <br /> to be preserved (including the City street trees along the project frontage), up to a <br /> maximum of$25,000. This cash bond or security shall be retained for one year following <br /> completion of construction and shall be forfeited if the trees are destroyed or <br /> substantially damaged. No trees shall be removed other than those specifically <br /> designated for removal on the approved plans. <br /> 27. All trees used in landscaping shall be a minimum of twenty-four (24) inch box-size and <br /> all shrubs shall be a minimum of five (5) gallons. <br /> 28. The project shall comply with the City of Pleasanton's Water Efficient Landscape <br /> Ordinance (PWELO). Per Section 492.3 of PWELO, prior to issuance of a building <br /> permit, the applicant shall submit a Landscape Documentation Package in PDF format <br /> to the City's Landscape Architecture Division, which shall be subject to the review and <br /> PUD-125, 2350 Santa Rita Road Planning Commission <br /> Page 6 of 23 <br />
