In addition to the submitted TMM, the applicant shall offer Livermore Amador Valley <br /> Transit Authority (LAVTA) transit passes to the employees and students of the CTC at a <br /> fifty percent (50%) ticket price discount during all phases of construction for use of the <br /> LAVTA transit system. Once the CTC is complete, the developer shall also offer an <br /> incentive program to all employees and trainees to encourage the use of alternative <br /> transportation such as BART, bus, biking, and carpooling to the satisfaction of the <br /> Director of Community Development. <br /> 6. The developer shall install public art on-site, along the Santa Rita Road frontage prior to <br /> building permit final. The proposed public art shall be generally consistent with the <br /> location, and design shown in Exhibit B, including project plans dated "Received April 9, <br /> 2018" on file with the Planning Division, with the final public art design and location <br /> subject to review and approval by the City's Civic Arts Commission prior to installation. <br /> This condition shall not preclude the applicant from proposing an alternative installation <br /> or type of public art from that shown in the plans, if such proposal is determined by the <br /> Civic Arts Commission to better achieve the objective of providing a high quality visual <br /> amenity along the project frontage and improving the project's overall street presence. <br /> The property owner shall be responsible for continued maintenance and upkeep of the <br /> public art at all times in a manner consistent with the approved development plan. Minor <br /> changes to the approved public art following its approval by the Civic Arts Commission <br /> may be allowed subject to the review and approval of the Director of Community <br /> Development or, if more substantial, by the Civic Arts Commission. <br /> 7. The area shown in the site plans in Exhibit B as the "Yard" shall be kept in a dust free <br /> and weed free condition at all times and no activities within this area beyond what has <br /> been described within the plans and narrative included within Exhibit B shall be <br /> permitted without review and approval by the Director of Community Development. <br /> 8. No signage is approved with this application.
