CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA AN ORDINANCE ADDING ~2-3 09 TO ARTICLE 5 (MINOR SUB- DIVISIONS), CHAPTER 1 (SUBDIVISIONS), TITLE II (ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT) OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RELATING TO THE FILING OF PARCEL MAPS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: ~iSection 1. ~2-3.09 (Waiver of Parcel Map) is hereby added to Article 5, Chapter 1, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton to read as follows: ~2-3.09 Waiver of Parcel Map. The City of Pleasanton Planning Commission may waive th4 requirements of the State Subdivision Map Act pertaining to the preparation and filin~ of a parcel map for any division of a parcel or parcels of land into four or less parcels for purposes of sale, lease, or financing, whether immediate or future or to any parcel or parcels of land divided into lots or parcels, each of a gross area of forty (40) acres or more or each of which is a quarter-quarter section or larger, provided the Planning Commission finds that: The proposed land division complies wit~ the requirements of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, including, but not limited to those provisions relating to area, improvement and design, flood and drainage control, appropriate improved public roads, sanitary disposal facilities, water supply availability, environmental pro- tection and other applicable provisions of the State Subdivision Map Act. i!Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption. ~!Section 3 This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a news- paper of general circulation, published and circulated in the City of Pleasanton. ~INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of ~Pleasanton on October 1 , 1973.
