A map is attached for reference (city-wide projects are not shown). These projects are also <br /> shown on an interactive map located on the Community Development Department website: <br /> Downtown <br /> 1. 273 Spring St. Mixed-Use Development <br /> PUD-109 <br /> Planned Unit Development(PUD) development plan to rezone site, demolish an existing <br /> 910-square-foot single-story commercial building on the site and construct an <br /> approximately 1,822-square-foot commercial building with two attached, three-story <br /> multi-family residential units; and three, three story multi-family residential units in a <br /> separate building at the rear of the site.
