The number has been decreasing as <br /> the higher density Housing Element opportunity sites have been developed. Based on <br /> the existing market demand and recent approvals, including Irby Ranch, staff expects <br /> that the City will issue between 100 and 200 permits in 2018. <br /> The total number of building permit activity is up approximately 20% from this time last <br /> year and is summarized as follows: <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br />
