After installation of the new monument and disc by the contractor, we will punch each new monument. After punching all re-set monuments, we will file a Corner Record for each new monument. Fees: The fee shown is per monument for the estimated 46 monuments as shown upon the plans. This number may increase or decrease based upon actual field monuments. Item 1 - Set Swing Ties and Corner Record: The fee for Item 1 will be on a time and materials basis. The fee for setting swing ties for each monument will not exceed Six Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($650.00) per monument or Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00)for the estimated 46 monuments. Item 2 - Re-set monument locations for damaged or removed monuments and after installation of the new monuments and discs, we will punch the monuments and file a Corner Record: The fee for Item 2 will be on a time and materials basis. The fee for re- setting each monument including a Corner Record will not exceed One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) per monument or Fifty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Dollars($55,200.00)for all 46 monuments. We realize very few monuments are likely to be damaged or removed, so Item 2 may not be needed. No additional work will be performed without prior written authorization. The Time and Materials fees will be billed based upon existing City Contract rates. Schedule: We can begin work on this proposal within five(5)working days of authorization. Deliverables: We will provide one set of Swing Ties, straddlers and Corner Records as-described above. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this proposal.
