CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 703 !~ ZONING UNIT NO. 135, AND AN ORDINANCE REZONING il ii A PARCEL OF PROPERTY APPROXIMATELY ONE-HALF ACRE '~ IN SIZE, LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF MAIN ii STREET AND BERNAL AVENUE FROM THE P (PUBLIC AND !i INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT TO THE 0 (OFFICE) DISTRICT ~ AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAPS OF THE ORDINANCE CODE i~ OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ACCORDINGLY. WHEREAS, VALLEY BANK FILED REZONING APPLICATION RZ-73-8 and ~!WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at a public hearing held on July 1973, adopted Resolution No. 1248 recommending the rezon- ing of a half-acre of property located at the southwest corner of Main Street and Bernal Avenue from the P (Public and Institutional) District to O (Office) District; and ~iWHEREAS, this matter was heard by the City Council at a public ii hearing held on August 6, 1973; ~;NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES I! ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The parcel of property approximately 1/2 acre in size located at the southwest corner of Main Street and Bernal Avenue is hereby rezoned from the P (Public and Institutional) District to the 0 (Office District) and the Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton is amended accordingly. Zoning Unit No. 135, dated July 11, 1973,~ on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof,i designates said land use and zoning district. Section 2. The City Council incorporates by reference the find- - ings and determinations made by the Planning Commissior l~ in their Resolution No. 1248. Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days after its passage and adoption. ]~ Section 4 This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen i' days after its adoption in "THE TIMES", a newspaper of
