Freeway HOV/Express Lane (2040) <br /> • Conventional BART and all project alternatives— All HOV/express lane segments <br /> operate at acceptable level-of-service during the AM and PM peak periods, therefore <br /> there is no impact. <br /> Intersection Level-of-Service Impacts (2025) <br /> Hopyard Road and Owens Road <br /> • Conventional BART — This alternative adds an additional 31 trips in the PM period <br /> compared to No Project Conditions. The City of Pleasanton Threshold is 10 additional <br /> trips. Because operational and geometrical changes are not feasible at this location to <br /> reduce the impact to Less than Significant, it is considered a Significant and <br /> Unavoidable Impact. <br /> • DMU/EMU — This alternative adds an additional 43 trips to the PM period compared to <br /> No Project Conditions. The City of Pleasanton Threshold is 10 additional trips.
