Accepted public improvements performed by ELLA for the Yolanda Court Outfall Structure Repair project, CIP No. 17434; authorized the City Clerk to file a Notice of Completion; authorized the payment of the retention in the amount of $9,877.13; the return of the project balance of $11,380 from the Yolanda Court outfield structure repair project CIP No. 17434, to the Bi-Annual Storm Repairs and Improvement project CIP No. 17415; the submission for reimbursement to FEMA for disaster relief and return the first $78,666 of any reimbursement received to the Storm Drain Enterprise fund balance, and return of additional reimbursement to the Miscellaneous CIP General Fund balance 10. Waived full reading and adopted Resolution 18-990 consenting to the inclusion of properties within the territory of the City of Pleasanton in the CSCDA Open Pace programs authorizing the California Statewide Communities Development Authority to accept applications from property owners, conduct contractual assessment proceedings and levy contractual assessments within the territory of the City of Pleasanton; and authorizing related actions, waived full reading and adopted Resolution 18-991 approving, authorizing and directing execution of a Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement Relating to the California Municipal Finance Authority: consenting to the inclusion of properties within the territory of the city in the California Municipal Finance Authority Open Pace programs; authorizing the California Municipal Financing authority to accept applications from property owners, conduct contractual assessment proceedings and levy contractual assessments within the territory of the city; and authorizing related actions; waived full reading and adopted Resolution 18-992 consenting to inclusion of properties within the city's jurisdiction in the Golden State Finance Authority Community Facilities District No. 2014-1 (Clean Energy) to finance renewable Energy improvements, energy efficiency and water conservation improvements, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and other authorized improvements and approving associate membership in the Joint Exercise of Powers Authority thereto; waived full reading and adopted Resolution 18-993 consenting to inclusion of properties within the City's jurisdiction in the Golden State Finance Authority program to finance renewable energy generation, Energy and Water efficiency improvements, electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and other improvements and approving associate, membership in the Joint Exercise of Powers Authority related thereto; waived full reading and adopted Resolution 18-994 approving associate membership by the City of Pleasanton in the California Enterprise Development Authority; authorizing and directing the execution of an Associate Membership Agreement relating to associate membership of the city in the authority: authorizing the city to join the Figtree Pace program; authorizing the California enterprise development authority to conduct contractual assessment proceedings and levy contractual assessments within the territory of the City of Pleasanton; and authorizing related actions; waived full reading and adopted Resolution 18-995 consenting to inclusion of properties within the city's jurisdiction in the California Hero Program to finance distributed generation renewable energy sources, energy and water efficiency improvements and electric vehicle charging infrastructure and approving the amendment to a certain Joint Powers Agreement related thereto City Council Minutes Page 2 of 9 January 16, 2018
