welfare and in order to insure that there is no conflict with <br />the results of the study referred to above, the City Council <br />desires to adopt an interim zoning ordinance as an urgency measure <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton <br />does resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> Section 1. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated <br />April 18, 1960, referred to in ~ 2-12.12, Chapter 2 (Zoning) <br />of Title II (Development and Zoning) of the Ordinance Code of <br />the City of Pleasanton ~e~~,_~n~y~n~he~C~y~pf_~'_ _, <br />P!eaSanto~ into Zoning Districts, is hereby amended as follows: <br /> <br /> Zoning Unit No. 133 and 134 as shown on the maps dated <br /> <br />June 20, 1973, on file with the City Clerk, a copy of which <br />are attached hereto as Exhibits "A" and "B" and made a part <br />hereof, shall designate the land use and zoning districts of the <br />territory referred to therein. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The following property, described by reference <br />to Assessor's parcel numbers, situated in the area delineated by <br />Zoning Map Unit No. 133 (Exhibit B), and presently zoned A (Agri- <br />cultural District) is hereby Classified S (Study District) for a <br />period of four (4) months, unless extended, or until permanent <br />zoning is affixed thereto, whichever is earlier: <br /> <br /> Assessor's Parcel Number <br /> '~'41-1302-2-19 <br /> <br /> Section 3.
