<br /> The Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System,
<br /> hereinafter referred to as Board, and the governing body of the above public agency,
<br /> hereinafter referred to as Public Agency, having entered into a contract effective
<br /> September 1, 1953, and witnessed May 18, 1953,and as amended effective April 1, 1962,
<br /> October 21, 1972,September 28, 1973, January 5, 1980, January 3, 1981, April 11, 1981,
<br /> September 20, 1986, February 18, 1987, June 13, 1987, September 5, 1987, February
<br /> 26, 1993, May 7, 1993, December 8, 1995, April 1, 1996, May 3, 1996, October 31, 1998,
<br /> April 17, 1999, February 9, 2001, September 29, 2001, December 7, 2002, May 17, 2008,
<br /> July 7, 2012, December 22, 2012, July 4, 2015, November 7, 2015, July 1, 2016 and July
<br /> 1, 2017 which provides for participation of Public Agency in said System, Board and
<br /> Public Agency hereby agree as follows:
<br /> A. Paragraphs 1 through 18 are hereby stricken from said contract as executed
<br /> effective July 1, 2017, and hereby replaced by the following paragraphs numbered
<br /> 1 through 18 inclusive:
