ATTACHMENT C <br /> ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES - COST ALLOCATION PLAN <br /> METHODOLOGY <br /> The Cities shall provide the following administrative support services to LPFD: <br /> • Finance and Budget <br /> • Purchasing <br /> • Human Resources and Labor Relations <br /> • Workers Compensation <br /> • Legal <br /> • Risk Management <br /> • Information Technology <br /> • City Clerk <br /> The City responsible for providing each administrative support service shall be identified <br /> in a memorandum of understanding (MOU) signed by each City Manager. <br /> The direct cost to provide each administrative support service shall be periodically <br /> calculated by an independent consultant. The Cities shall equally share in the direct <br /> cost of the administrative support services. <br /> Pension Related Liabilities (PERS and OPEB) <br /> Methodology of cost allocation of pension related liabilities shall be addressed in a <br /> separate MOU, as specified in Section 4.1. <br />
