"Owner's Title Policy" is defined in Section 3.8. <br />"Partnership Agreement" is defined in Section 7.3. <br />"Predevelopment Loan" means the loan in the amount of up to $250,000 <br />that City will provide to Developer pursuant to the Predevelopment Loan <br />Agreement. <br />"Predevelopment Loan Agreement" means that certain Predevelopment <br />Loan Agreement dated as of , 2018 and executed by and between City <br />and Developer. <br />"Predevelopment Note" means the promissory note evidencing <br />Developer's obligation to repay the Predevelopment Loan. <br />"Project" is defined in Recital B. <br />"Property" is defined in Recital A and described in Exhibit A. <br />"Regulatory Agreement" is defined in Section 3.7. <br />"TCAC" means the California Tax Credit Allocation Committee. <br />"Title Company" is defined in Section 3.3. <br />"Title Report" is defined in Section 3.1. <br />"Transfer" is defined in Section 7.2. <br />1.2 Exhibits.
